Shimla: After many hot days Shimla experienced rain (7.8mm) and mercury dropped to 16.4 degree Celsius which 3 degree Celsius down in comparison to other day.
Higher reaches of Himachal Pradesh like Rohtang Pass, Kalpa and other higher places received fresh snowfall.
Light rains has also been reported from Sundernagar (0.5 mm) and Bhuntar (0.1 mm).
Light to moderate rain/snowfall is likely predicted for tomorrow in some places in the state by the Met department.
