In my whole village out of 45 house hold 35 have reliance big tv.We are very delighted with the Big TV service & customer centric approch.I will congrates the whole big tv team for there achievement.

I really feel sorry for you! I happen to be a consumer who has burnt money on Reliance and has been swindled by Reliance. I am a consumer and am supposed to be a king but sadly Reliance treats it’s customers as jerks.

I doubt the claims of the company. Reliance is one company which has pathetic after sales services. What the company hasn’t told is till a month back, the company was not releasing any stock of the BIG TV. The reason being that the company had placed orders for the top boxes at the earlier prevelant $ rate and now once the rupee had slumped down, the company is having second thoughts at honoring the orders at the advertised prices. What ever little knowledge I have, Tata Sky is the market leader in dish TV segment in Himachal and even this company had a lots of harrassed customers during Diwali when it was taking 10 days to get the dish installed due to shortage of manpower and and huge orders.

Reliance, whether it is the telecom or the DTH segment, needs to pull up its socks in after sales. Pathetic is one word which describes Reliance best in Himachal.
