hi i wanted snow fall stories in 9th november 2009 and again on 14th november 2009, where the weather became cold after snow fall was recorded in higher reaches of himachal J&K, when weather was quite cold in delhi also. We had to take out woolens. When is the right time to go to fagu, kufri this season for snow fall.
