Shimla: State body of the SFI and the Students Central Association (SCA) of Himachal Pradesh University will submit memorandum to the Executive Council Members at 10:30 am.
Yesterday, they had submitted a memorandum, accusing Himachal Pradesh University authorities as BJP agents for changing the recently formulated recruitment policy, which was 80 per cent marks are for academics and 20 per cent for interview, so that pro-BJP, RSS and ABVP persons can be inducted in HPU bodies, to the Chancellor and Governor, Prabha Rau, seeking her intervention in the matter.
