This is perhaps the only biggest developmental project started by the Virbhadra government in apple producing region of the state in his entire tenure. People contributing much of the state domestic product were left on the mercy of weather God and PWD department for decades.

The public works department in this region always tried to fill the path holes by sand only. Even they try to befool the ministers by such acts as can be noticed these days all through Theog to Kotkhai, temporarily repaired for CM visit.

The BJP government can share the credit only after its successful implementation.
