Shimla summer festival sees Himachali singers on the second night

Inaugurated on 2nd June by V.S. Kokje, the Governor, the International Shimla Summer Festival saw Hans Raj Hans, the Punjabi singer as the main attraction of the first star night of the festival where he delighted the audience with his voice and appreciated the beauty of the hills and its people. The singer was honored with a Himachali cap and shawl on the occasion.

Popular folk singers Sharda Sharma and Sanjeev Dixit left the audience spell bound while folk dancers from Kinnaur Sony Star sports and culture club revived Kinnaur’s music and dance with their presentations.

The second night of the International Shimla Summer festival saw Himachali folk singers like Kuldeep Sharma and comedians Balwinder Bikki and Raunki Ram who tickled the funny bone. The evening came alive with various dance presentations from different schools.
