Led by AITUC, the workers gathered at the main gate of unit and shouted slogans against company management.

The workers alleged that their entry to unit was barred by management without any reason. The workers accused the management of exploiting workers by making unjustified deductions in their wages.

The company management made PF and ESI deductions from our wages that was totally against rule, the workers blamed. The unit gate was closed for those workers who took leave. The AITUC leaders have threaten to fuel the agitation if management would not undo its wrong decisions.

On the other side the management has said that there was some confusion over salary hike among workers. The matter has been solved now, maintained the management.
