Baddi Tehsil office opens tomorrow in Himachal

KUMARHATTI: The newly formed Baddi Tehsil office will start functioning from tomorrow. As a temporary arrangement, till the time the permanent Tehsildhar is not appointed in Baddi, the Tehsildhar and Naib Tehsildhar of Nalagarh Tehsil will sit in Baddi Tehsil on Tuesday and Friday respectively. Presently the new Tehsil office will function from Kanango office at Baddi.
Baddi was declared as Tehsil by Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal the CM recently. The new Tehsil will come handy for thousand of people of industrial belt besides helping the industrial fraternity. Besides the work related to issuing of various certificates and documents the new tehsil will cater to the small cases related to revenue.
In total 17 parwar circles from Kasauli and Nalagarh tehsils have been included in Baddi tehsil. While from Kasauli tehsil, the patwar circles of Barotiwala, Mandhala, Kaindhala and Nalka have been included in Baddi tehsil.
The patwar circles from Nalagarh tehsil, Bhatouli kalan, Baddi, Sandhouli, Abhrani, Souri, Pali, Buasani, Bhud, Thana, Dhala, Manpura, Beli and Lodhimajra have now made part of Baddi tehsil.
