BADDI: The five member team of HP Vidhan Sabha Human Development Committee has inspected the industrial units at Baddi today. Led by its Chairman, Mr. G.S. Bali the team during its inspection has checked various aspects in units related to industries, workers and labour laws.
Later addressing a meeting with district level officers at Nalagarh, Mr. Bali warned the industries to comply with labour laws. Taking serious note on actual employment in units, Mr. Bali has instructed the Labour and Employment office to present concrete data on number of employment to committee.
He said the officials of Pollution and Control Board and Labour Department should visit units regularly. Stressing upon the need of technical education, Mr. Bali said that the Industrial and management institutes should cater their curriculum as per industries demand.

Would like to bring in your kind notice that i had worked for co. named Indo Farm Tractors and Motors Ltd., at EPIP Phase – II, Baddi , Solan as a Marketing Executive and have not received my Bonus for Diwali .
I had served their for 6 months from Dec -2006 to June -2007 and while demanding the bonus for the aforesaid period they are telling that i am not eligible for that.
Please confirm if i am entitiled for the same or not.
