Nahan police has arrested one person Man Bahadur resident of village Kotri Amliwala on the charge of attempt to rape on a nine years old minor girl of same village.
According to Nahan police sources, a lady of Kotri Amliwala village Nirmala Thapa in a report lodged with the Nahan police had alleged that yesterday she was informed by her relative Uma Devi that Man Bahadur had gone towards nearby forest along with the nine year old girl of their neighbour. Suspecting his act both followed him. After reaching in the forest they found that over 80 year’s old Man Bahadur was trying to attempt rape on the minor. Minor was rescued from the forest and matter was reported to Nahan Police. Police has registered a case under section 376 and 511 IPC. Further investigation was going on.
