LIC Chandigarh wins Cricket Tournament

Virbhadra Singh, Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh giving away the winners trophy to the winning team, LIC of India, Chandigarh who lifted the Maharaja Padam Singh Cricket Tournament-2007 organized by Rohru Cricket Association at the Indira Gandhi Stadium at Rohru today.
Chief Minister awarded the cash prize of Rs. one lakh to the winner team LIC of India, Chandigarh who lifted the winning trophy by defeating KCA, Karnal team which was awarded a cash prize of Rs. 50,000 with runner up trophy at the week long Maharaja Padam Singh Cricket Tournament-2007 organized by Rohru Cricket Association at the Indira Gandhi Stadium at Rohru today.
Prabhjot Singh of winning team LIC, Chandigarh was declared Man of the Series and awarded a cash prize of Rs. 25,000, Shri Malkhan Singh of KCA Karnal, Best Batsman and awarded a cash prize of Rs. 15,000, Shri Karta Singh of KCA Karnal, Best Bowler got cash prize of Rs. 15,000 while Shri Anil Kumar declared best Wicket Keeper who also got a cash prize of Rs. 15,000 and the Best Fielder prize of Rs. 15,000 was given to Shri Rajvinder Singh.
