I am amazed on experiencing the results of pranayam especially Kapilbhati & Anulom,Vilom. Since June this year I have been suffering from cough and respiratory problem presumably due to the heavy pollution in our city Hyderabad due heavy traffic on all roads which are congested even after lot of wedening of roads taken place. I consulted many medical experts and got checked up and treated without possitive results. including yellopathy, homeopathy and ayurved. During last month I happened to see the yoga programme of Swamy Ramdevji in SAMSKRITI channel where i could notice that pranayam would clear any physical ailment including asthma, cancer etc. After observing few days i started practising the pranaym as suggested by Swamyji
To my surprise I find myself lot of betterment in my problem just in matter of less than a month. I was unable to walk few yards due to that problem but now i am able to walk reasonably a good distance without much difficulty Thanks to the yoga science and to Swamyji for bringing this science to the general public in a very easiest way which is very m uch useful to the humanity without much expense and strain
