Himachal Pradesh government would provide facilities to register online complaints in all police stations through emails in the state during current financial year, said state Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh who called on Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil in New Delhi. Chief Minister told Union Home Minister that state government has launched an ambitious “Common Integrated Police Application Plan” under which all police stations in the state will be computerized during current financial year. He said that 40 police stations have already been covered under the project and remaining police stations will be covered during current finacial year. He said that emphasis has been laid to introduce modern technology in the police station through hi-tech gadgets so as all such facilities could be utilized for general welfare. He said that state government has spent 51.12 crore rupees on modernization of state police force and new web portal of police department has been launched for providing all the related information to public immediately.
Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh said that state government has merged the earlier separate Directorate of Vigilance and Enforcement and created State Vigilance and Anti Corruption Bureau to provide greater synergy to investigations and prevention of corruption in the state. He said that state government has taken effective policing steps which include round the clock vigil to avert and spill over of terrorist activities from along the Jammu and Kashmir border. He said that 1408 vacant posts of constable and 167 posts of jail warden would be filled up during current financial year.
Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh said that separate wings for law and order investigations have been formed to improve the quality of investigation of crime in the state. He said that State Police Board has been constituted in the state and added that amendment in police rules have been carried out to provide a minimum tenure of two years for police officers in the field of the ranks of DIG, SP, DSP and SHO.
Chie Minister Virbhadra Singh said that a sum of rupees 10 crore would be spent for construction of police housing during current financial year and added that a sum of rupees 46 crore has been spent for police housing under tenth five year plan. He said that state government has increased the remunerations of Home Guards and ration allowance of police personnel as a measure of commitment to maintain high morale of the police force. He said that community policing scheme has been extended in all police stations in the state and further added that women cells managed by lady investigation officers has been established in all the districts in the state.
Home Minister Shiv Raj Patil complimented the state government efforts in maintaining peace and law order in the state. He described Himachal Pradesh as most peaceful state in the country and said that continuous dedicated efforts by the state government has paid rich dividend in maintaining peace throughout the state. He said that Himachal is model state in law and order among the sensitive border states of the country and congratulated the state government for achieving this feat. Home Minister assured that Central government will provide all the financial assistance to the state government in modernization of police force and strengthening the police infrastructure in the state. He complimented the state government for utilizing the central funds at optimum level in time bound and efficient manner.

I can furnish the letter of such demand from the seller to the customers .I was one such customer who withdrew from the project when I learnt of the malpractice by the seller. Dear Sir,
2 days before diwali i was going to home in my car for diwali celebration with my family. At Kangra By pass, the road that turns through Tanda By pass towards nagrota at outer way. At that time ASI Sh. Avtaar Singh & Head Constable Raksha Devi made my unusual Car Challan of dangerous driving. Every constable was on the spot was aware that there was no mistake of mine, the second party in swift was the culprit. At one time both the above mentioned person agreed for the same that i am not liable, but later on i have made number of requests that i am not liable, still they marked my challan just for diwali collection for themselves. They were asking for Rs.2000/-, i was getting delayed for my home, thats why i got the challan for Court as i would not like to pay them.
But the thing is just for there own collection for diwali they didnt listen to me and my views, their constables were with me, but the above persons made the things very wrong, i am professional, i used to drive car alot, i wont do such stupidity of poor driving, BUT AVTAAR SINGH & RAKSHA DEVI made very wrong with me.
Kindly do the needful at your end.

Baijnath distt.kangra) who is washerman(dobhi) and presently he is working at civil hospital PALAMPUR ,where his work has been found unsatisfactory and the Hospital Authority has served various explanation letters upon Raj kumar for not discharging his duties to the satisfaction of his superiors. He is also selling medicines of civil Hospital (palampur) to outsiders.HE is misbehaving,abusing and using unpartiliamentary language to the patients those who are coming for checkup in civil hospital(Palampur).And on his duty time he always found drunked.He is misusing his post in civil hospital.
so sir, please take some stritc action against him and protect public he is paid by govt. But he needs to be through investigation or such staff should to taken serious action.

Sir want to bring to your notice about noise pollution in our area at vpo Basal distt solan H.P. here dj is being played at all odd hours. As per Supreme Court ruling no loud speakers after 10 o’clock at night but we face this problem very often loudmusic being played here till 2 or 3o’clock at late night informed the police station solan but of no use today its been 4days same problem fr last 3days kindly help to stop this menace thanks.
Drug menace needs to stop in kullu and mostly Parvati valley. I have first hand experience on how the Manikaran and Jari police are raking up big illegal money due to drugs. I went to Manikaran with my family and it was sickening to see these police openly encouraging drug consumption in cafes in Kasol and its nearby places.

I have bitter experience in Shimla, we normally take tour every year at different states. It is the first time in Himachal and got worst experience in my life. The drunken hotel manager of “ABC Restaurant” on NH5 near Shimla with help of Waiters is fighting with us and using Slang language due to dispute in bill. It is not way to resolve the dispute by fighting with tourist and show the power as a local people. We were with our families and they took this advantage, because we have no time to loge FIR or complaint against them.
