Himachal CM dedicates new ICU at IGMC Shimla

Himachal Chief Minister today dedicated to the people the six bedded new general intensive care unit (ICU) constructed at a cost of Rs. 2.5 crore at the IGMC here today.
Chief Minister said that the hospital already had ICU units and the new ICU would further strengthen the quality medical facilities in the hospital. He said that IGMC was emerging the best equipped hospital with specialized medical services in the State.
Virbhadra Singh said that separate OPD Block was proposed to be constructed close to the existing hospital campus which would exclusively cater to the outdoor patients medical examination and testing facilities etc. made available.
