In Paprola she was at Government Ayurvedic college for unveiling the statue of India’s former PM late Rajiv Gandhi.

Dharamsala was more of a political rally. But her views on women empowerment are greatly appreciated and idea to build agriculture as strong base is highly appreciable. Organic farming, sericulture, floriculture, medicinal herbs and other cash crops and of course apples are areas where Himachal has major advantage and its unique environment is another plus. In recent year itself few farmers experimented with some excellent ideas and are successful to generate major financial gains. However too much of exploitation in the area of hydro power is destroying environment and impact is directly associated with crops. So if her idea is to build HP’s strong agriculture base then a balance has to be maintained between environment and development.
