Devi Cherian belongs to Chamba in Himachal. Having completed her education in the state, she moved to Delhi and married to Dilip Cherian, considered as India’s image guru.Devi is a famous writer and her articles appear in major Indian newspapers and magazines. Here is her article about Chamba. She was today awarded the Rajiv Gandhi Ekta Samman Award-2006 for her achievement in social service and journalism.

She has been involved with a number of social issues. She is actively involved with Deepalaya, an NGO working for educating orphaned children. She is also on the board of Action India, an NGO working to provide relief to those afflicted with AIDS. She also anchors two regular programmes on the Punjab Today channel. She is also Vice President of Kangra association.

this is nice site with nice color combination. I personally think it need few more image exploring Raw Himachal and I can surly help in that context.

That can help guys understanding the values provided to us from our ancestors.
