Today Himachal is celebrating 100th birth anniversary of its creator, Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar. On one side HP government is releasing numerous magazines and many functions are celebrated all across the state and many schemes are carried and on the other hand government has neglected the native village and home of Dr. Parmar for years.
