13th May 2006… Photos of Organic Training in the Lag Valley.On thursday last week we provided training in organic farming to members of Jagriti organisation in the Lag valley. This was the first time (perhaps ever!) that training has been given by local organic farmers in the local language of the valley. A presentation was given by Kubh Ram and Alu on the main principles of organic farming, followed by a practical demonstration of how to make various organic preparations from locally available resources.
