This valley is shadowed in breathtaking grandeur and beauty. The ‘Silver Valley’ has nature’s treasures that lie carelessly scattered as flowers on the high meadows. The center of a major fruit farming industry, its hillsides are covered with shrubs and trees.

Kullu, the district, serves as the nerve center of the valley and is the starting place for a number of treks. Literally the valley of hundred temples and a thousand deities, it offers peace, a mysterious, spiritual peace which pervades every nook, every corner, and a peace breathed into the mountains, trees, stars and streams by countless sages and `rishis’ who came here to meditate. World famous Kullu Dussehra is also held here at famous Dhalpur grounds.
